Welcome to dystopia Magazine! By visiting and/or using the dystopia Magazine Web Site and/or Services, you agree to the following Terms of Use and acknowledge the following legal restrictions. Please read them carefully.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

dystopia Magazine grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of dystopia Magazine. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Regardless the dark theme of this community and web presence, dystopia Magazine is strictly an entertainment site, and therefore holds no tolerance whatsoever for racism, harassment, threats of any kind, stalking or any other act which can be construed as an attempt to demean or deface another member, via their public postings, their web presence (free or professional) or through dystopia Magazine's email system.

CHILDREN

Due to the graphic content posted on the site, dystopia Magazine is strictly intended for visitors/members eighteen (18) and older. You must have reached your eighteenth (18th) birthday to become a member of Dystopia Online. Anyone identified to be under the age of eighteen (18) will be ejected and barred from the community.

Dystopia Magazine, Dystopia Magazine ONLINE, dystopia SIRENS, and Dystopia Entertainment follow strict federal guidelines as it pertains to missing and/or exploited children. Any content posted, if even remotely questionable, will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities with all aid which can be offered by any logging, statistical and usage as may be available. If there is any content implying or depicting the exploitation of children, we will not only tell on you, but stand and applaud a conviction at your sentencing hearing.
